Join the MHV for our 15th Annual Tractor Drive Fundraiser!
Register your tractor, or just come along and support the drivers as they raise funds to support the work of Mennonite Heritage Village and the Eden Foundation.Visit MHV to pick up a registration package, or fill out this form (Registration Form 2024 – fillable) and email it to nathand@mhv.ca.
Drivers can enter Gate 6 (Golfair Rd.) to be registered between 7 – 8am. A Buffet Breakfast will be served at the Livery Barn Restaurant at 8am. Tractors will depart the MHV at 9:30am. Lunch will be served at Redemptorist Park in Ste. Anne from Noon-1:30pm. There will be at Traditional Mennonite Buffet Dinner at the MHV Auditorium with doors opening at 5:30pm, including judged awards.
Drivers will receive two meal tickets per meal. We would love to have additional guest join in the meals, and meal tickets can be purchased at MHV: Buffet Breakfast – $10, Dinner Buffet – $25. Lunch can be purchased with cash in Ste. Anne.
Please complete your registration by June 1st and bring in pledges/sponsorships as early as possible.

Your donation goes to supporting the Mennonite Heritage Village with your donations to the 15th Annual Tractor Drive! A portion of the proceeds will also go to supporting Eden Foundation’s work to provide mental health supports in the Southeast region.
Your donation will help to support the ongoing programming, outreach and story-telling work of the Mennonite Heritage Village. We provide many community programs, children’s camps, historical education for school and community groups, as well as a wonderful place for people to get involved and share with their families!
We also want to honour the commitment of our drivers, who maintain and cherish their agricultural heritage through tractor upkeep and investing their day in driving throughout Southeast Manitoba. Our hats go off to you!
Full Itinerary and Map:
7:00am: Enter Gate 6 off Golfair Road, or Gate 1 off the Main Parking Lot, and Register at the Steamer Shelter.
8:00am: Breakfast Buffet at the Livery Barn Restaurant (Closes 9:15am)
9:15am: Gather on Main Street for Announcements
9:30am: TRACTOR DRIVE BEGINS!
Leave through Gate 6 and turn left (east) to proceed through the maintenance yard of the golf course. Turn left (east) onto Park Rd E and proceed for 4.5 miles. Turn left (north) onto Rd 39 E and proceed for 2 miles. Stop at Highway #311 and turn right (east), proceeding with caution over the railway tracks, and cross Highway #210. Proceed along #311 for 1 mile. Turn left (north) onto Municipal Rd 40 E and proceed for .25 miles, then stop at the side of the road for coffee break.
10:30am: Coffee Break in Giroux (14.5km):
@ 10:45am – Proceed on Municipal Rd 40 E for 5 miles. Stop at #207 Dawson Road and turn left (west) onto #207, staying near the right shoulder, for 4.5 miles. Turn left (south) onto Smith Drive for .25 miles. Turn right (west) onto Charriere Road and enter Redemptoriste Park, staying on the right side.
12:00pm – 1:30pm: Lunch at Redemptorist Park, Ste. Anne (30km)
@ 1:30pm – Proceed east on Charriere Road. Turn left (north) onto Smith Drive and stop at Centrale Avenue. Proceed with caution and turn left (west) onto Centrale Avenue for .5 miles. Turn left (south) onto Traverse Road for .25 miles and cross the railway tracks with caution. Turn right (west) onto Langevin Road and proceed along the underpass. At the stop sign, turn right (west) on Langevin Road for 1.5 miles. Turn left (south) onto Owen Road for .5 miles and stop at Highway #210. Turn right (west) onto #210 and stay near the right shoulder for 1 mile. Turn left (south), with caution, onto Rd 32 E for 3 miles. At the Greenland Church, turn right (south) to cross the parking lot and proceed to Rd 43 N (Greenland Rd). Turn left (east) onto Rd 43 N (Greenland Rd) for 1 mile. Turn right (south) onto Rd 33 E, then turn right (west) onto the La Cocina Foods parking lot. Stop for afternoon Faspa!
2:30 – 3:30pm: Faspa at La Cocina Foods (45km):
@ 3:30pm – Turn right (south) onto Rd 33 E for 2 miles. Stop at the #311 and proceed along Rd 33 E when safe to do so, for 3 miles. Turn left (east) onto Clearsprings Road for 1 mile. Stop at Highway #12 and proceed under the direction of patrols. Turn right (south) onto the service road and proceed to MHV.
4:00pm: Arrive Back at Mennonite Heritage Village (55km)
5:30pm: Doors Open for Evening Supper
6:00pm: Supper, Program, and Awards Begin
