The wait is over! Step back in time and experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of history as the Outdoor Village at Mennonite Heritage Village officially opens for the season. Wander through our historic buildings, and immerse yourself in the stories of Mennonite settlers who built a life on the prairies.

And what’s a visit without some delicious, homemade Mennonite cuisine? The Livery Barn Restaurant is ready to welcome you with warm, comforting favorites like vareniki (perogies), farmer sausage, borscht, and freshly baked Zwieback. Whether you’re here for a hearty meal or a sweet slice of plautz, you’ll get a taste of tradition in every bite.

** No fee to enter the Livery Barn Restaurant: Restaurant guests register at reception with no admission fee if they are just eating. If they decide to stay and browse through the village and the galleries, they can pay admission on the way out.
